Ceramic decoration in pottery production is a painful and happy process. Like all creations, you need inspiration, a humble and awe-inspiring attitude, and magical flowers will bloom on your hands.
The lesson I’m going to talk about today is full of fun! It's actually playing! bubble! foam! It’s not the soap bubbles blown when I was a kid, it’s not a bubble show on TV, it’s not a bubble bag from a handy party.
How to play with underglaze foam decoration:
This is a serious way of decoration! It takes advantage of the instability of bubbles to attach the glaze to the surface of the blank to form multi-faceted patterns and changes. It's fun and simple. Is there anything? But the process is also very particular! Look, Mr. Gan, who is in charge of face value, demonstrates the alternative gameplay of underglaze.
Materials & tools you need to use → underglaze color concentrate, plain fabric, hand sanitizer (soap water, detergent can be used), clean water, water dispenser, straw, sponge, etc.
Pay attention to posture:
1. Underglaze color: clear water about 1:20, can be reduced
2. Test while adjusting to avoid too light color
3. Add hand sanitizer to the adjusted glaze, stir to make it foam
4. Mixing different colors of underglaze and foam will have a superimposed effect
5. After the bubbles are dry, apply transparent glaze
6. Fired into the kiln

EPP automotive parts
Material: JSP EPP 30P black
Performance: Super cushioning, good pressure resistance, reducing the weight of the car itself, without affecting the safety of the car.
Automobile parts made of EPP materials have been widely used in major automobile brands, such as Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Volkswagen and many other brands that use EPP materials as one of the materials for lightweight automobile design on a large scale. EPP materials can be used to make various energy-absorbing blocks and cushioning materials such as car door pads, sun visors, bumpers, seat cushions (BMW X5), toolboxes, etc.
