XYF Marine is the trading name of Huizhou Xinyifeng Rubber Products Co., Ltd., a manufacturer - not a trading company - of closed-cell EVA marine decking, fenders, helm pads and the CNC bits used to cut them. Every sheet is cut, embossed, laminated and inspected in our 5,000 m² plant in Huizhou, Guangdong.
We supply boat builders, refit yards, distributors and brand owners in 35+ countries on an OEM / ODM basis, and our premium sub-brand Boss Deck serves the high-end aftermarket.
Two generations of marine EVA, one factory
The factory began producing EVA foam products in 1998 and was incorporated as Huizhou Xinyifeng Rubber Products Co., Ltd. in 2008. Over that time we moved from first-generation H and G series decking to today's second-generation S and U series, built on globally sourced raw material: ExxonMobil EVA, Formosa PE, Japanese UV inhibitors and Korean masterbatch.
A team of 50+ - including 30+ in production across engineering, QC, merchandising and machine operation - runs 25+ dedicated machines with a capacity of 20,000+ sheets a month. Our standard lead time is 30 days, against an industry average of 45–60.
Factory audits are welcome by appointment; airport pick-up from Shenzhen or Hong Kong can be arranged.

Standard sheet 2400 × 1200 mm, 6 mm thick; 3–25 mm on request. Working temperature −30 °C to 70 °C long-term (−40 °C to 90 °C short-term). Closed-cell, waterproof, anti-slip, anti-corrosion; expected service life 3–5 years for second-generation series.

From drawing to shipment in six steps
Our in-house CAD team works from your DXF, DWG, PDF or photos. Size, colour, thickness, texture, logo and packaging are all customisable - neutral, customer-branded or private label.
