Your drawing, our factory - custom EVA decking cut to fit
Send a deck drawing, a boat model or just photos and measurements. Our in-house CAD team, CNC routers and laser cutters turn it into a ready-to-install EVA decking kit - or we ship full sheets with cutting files and our own CNC bits so you can cut in your workshop.
Every option is manufactured in our 5,000 m² Huizhou plant with genuine 3M adhesive, two-stage QC and a 30-day standard lead time.

Finished kits, or full sheets you cut yourself
Ready-to-install decking kit
You supply the drawing; we CNC-route or laser-cut every panel, apply your logo and pack the kit labelled by position. Peel, position, press.
- Cut from DXF / DWG / PDF or a 1:1 traced outline
- No drawing? Our CAD engineers draw from your photos and measurements, free
- Two-tone reveals, routed grooves, engraved or embossed logos
- Sample panel approved before bulk cutting
Full sheets + cutting files + CNC bits
Standard 2400 × 1200 mm sheets in the series and colours you choose, shipped flat on pallets so they arrive perfectly flat for your CNC table.
- S-, U-series and 80-shore ultra-hard sheets give the cleanest routed edge
- Self-developed single-flute bits for 6–9 mm EVA ship with your order
- Recommended settings: 18,000–24,000 rpm with matched feed rate
- Design files supplied on request

Yes. Send photos and key measurements; our CAD engineers draw the layout for your approval before cutting. For the best fit, a 3D scan or the builder's original drawing is ideal.
Any two stock colours can be combined in a two-layer sheet with no custom-colour minimum. A new colour is matched from a Pantone reference or sample, takes about 30 days to develop and carries a 200-sheet minimum per colour.
No. We only cut kits that have been verified against a drawing or template for the specific hull, so that fit and after-sales are guaranteed.
S-series, U-series or the 80-shore ultra-hard sheet. Higher hardness gives a cleaner milled edge; pair with our single-flute bits at 18,000–24,000 rpm and a matched feed.
