material:

The material of flooring for boats is EVA. It is much more durable and tough compare to EVA foam sheet used in craft or others.

Process steps:

---- EVA stripping, it means thin the thickness of it.

---- Lamination, glue two sheet of the material together

----Brush,use special wheel binding, after brushing, it has a rough surface but anti-skip.

----Adhesive, apply the high viscosity 3m glue to the back of the eva form flooring for boat.

A. Water resistance: closed cell structure, no water absorption, moisture-proof, good water resistance of boat stacking material.

B. Corrosion resistance: resistant to seawater, oil, acid, alkali and other chemicals corrosion, antibacterial, non-toxic, tasteless, pollution-free.

C. Processability: boat decking is easy for hot pressing, cutting, gluing, laminating and other processing.

D. Anti vibration: material has high resilience and anti tension, strong toughness, and good shock / cushioning performance.

E. Heat preservation: excellent heat insulation, cold insulation and low temperature performance, can withstand cold and sun exposure.

F. Sound insulation: closed bubble, good sound insulation effect.
