Process steps

Our boat mats are manufactured from EVA raw materials. Because the thickness of the raw material less than standard, it needs to be processed in the machine. This process is called EVA stripping, which is to thin the thickness of the EVA with a machine. The processed raw materials can be double-layer bonded, like gray and white. After that, you can use a special wheel to brush it. The brushed product feels rough to the touch, but it is very non-slip. After brushed, you can make grooves on the product, or use brushed tools. We can choose wide or thin card slots to be placed on the axle to make grooves. The last step is to stick strong glue on the back of the boat mat. After all the steps are completed, our product is finally made successfully.
